You're still doing quite well with 120K sales annually. There are companies out there that would kill for those kind of sales numbers.

Agreed, some entires sell 40k a year or less, and are still considered successful.
Ford has the crossover segment filled up already, so I think the Explorer should remain their sole mid-size truck.

Sure its still sells well if you look at the total quanity (compared to some competition), but its LOOSING sales and thats not good. Another example would be the Honda Pilot which sold 9520 units in November and its actually down about 2500 units from Nov. of last year. So it looks like Ford isnt the only one hurting in this segment. But from what sells used to be for the Explorer this has to hurt Ford much more than Honda.
