Go Platinum: LA Auto Show's New XLR

What does Cadillac's "Platinum" treatment mean to the XLR available early 2007? Elegance and luxury beyond a standard XLR in the form of exclusive 15-spoke, 18-inch wheels, brighter chrome finishes and Platinum badging on the door sills and trunk to name a few. The Alcantara suede headliner adds extra bling to the luxury package while the Liquid Amethyst exterior paint job makes it a must-have for all those Pisces out there.

I guess there is demand for cosmetic packages like this one. Blah, give me a V series.

More than anything else done to this car, I like the paint job. Very unique.

ITS AMAZING HOW CADILLAC MANAGED TO MAKE 18'' WHEELS LOOK LIKE 16''CHERS. PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY USED RIMHUBS FROM THAT PEPBOYS 'ROUND THE CORNER. - KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK NANA.

I'm proud I have this convertible, though maintaining its Cadillac XLR parts are so expensive. It's worth a price though.
