Unlike the utterly hideous Standard Cab taxi concept, this CityCab is another example that taxis can be appealing and fun (at least to look at).
Like all purpose-built taxi designs, the customer comes first. The CityCab is designed for five passengers with an option for one passenger using a wheel chair. Getting on the car is easy as the vehicle's air suspension system allows the floor level to be lowered to a desired height during a stop...
So will it be built? The CityCab is fully functional and will be tested against other current alternatives. It will be shown at international car shows where the taxicab's performance will be evaluated by customers and experts. As it stands, the CityCab is a R&D project. Let's hope it gets good reviews.

This is only slightly less ugly than the standard.
The green house is just cartoonishly big. Smack some eye balls on that windshield and it could have been in Cars (the movie). LOL
