In any event, Forbes magazine have just released their list of the "Least Reliable Luxury Cars 2006." Besides the VW and Land Rover, the others are: Range Rover, Lincoln Navigator and Saab 9-3. I kinda doubt this news will make Bill Ford sleep any better, as three of the five listed fall under the Ford corporate umbrella...

Snippet: The five models in the slide show are the only new luxury cars with both the lowest-possible scores for predicted reliability from Consumer Reports and below average "overall manufacturing quality" scores from J.D. Power. Included on the list are two Land Rover SUVs, a Lincoln, a Saab and that aforementioned Touareg.

The only one I did not expect to see on that list is the Saab 9-3. New engine, perhaps?
And where's Jaguar?
