Hydrogen-powered BMWs within 2 years

BMW has just announced that they will offer hydrogen-powered cars within two years. The first to get this new technology will be the 7-Series.

This is interesting: The vehicles will have two fuel tanks, one for hydrogen and one for standard gasoline. So it sounds like the car can run on either gas or hydrogen...
Makes sense in that finding a hydrogen dealer could be a bit of a problem...

BMW showed off a Hydrogen powered 7-series a few years back. I do remember the introduction was high-impact, as it had a BMW executive put a glass underneath the tailpipe of the running car and then proceed to drink the product of the combustion cycle (water), just to prove the cleanliness of the technology.

The only Hydrogen dealers I know of are in California, and there was only two last time I checked. There may be more now, though.
