The 2006 Formula One racing season will be here before you know it.
Inside Line wants to know who you think is the better driver: Renault's world champion Fernando Alonso or McLaren's party boy Kimi Raikkonen?
Alonso has the trophy to prove his worth. But is Kimi the better driver hampered by an unlucky car? I'm leaning toward Raikkonen but Alonso really impressed me last season...
What do you think?

It's not just about driving, but taking care of your machine, knowing when to play it safe, and teammates.
The best one on one test is probably qualification times, but to be honest I didn't follow the season closely enough to come up with a decision. And I'm nationalistically biased in this case, so I'd better keep out anyway.

I't's hard to say, Raikonnen is further along in his career and obviously a top talent but Alonso is really super and just might be the best of the post-Schumacher era.

I believe that Kimi is the better driver. He just hasn't had the most reliable car on the track

Personally, I have to agree with David Richards (ProDrive chief/former BAR Honda chief) on this one: When Kimi's spot-on (equipment works), there's rarely anyone faster. (see the new F1 magazine for a great insight by David Richards into each driver/team). Alonso is brilliant but Kimi is a rare gem. He just needs to stop drinking too much and getting caught with his pants down at strip clubs. Although I still think Schumi can take him in spades if they were in the same car...
