Toyota looking to build Hino trucks in Canada

It looks like Toyota
is getting serious about trucks. There's an all-new larger Tundra on the way, with rumors of a heavy-duty version to take on the domestic 3/4-ton models; and now, they're looking to make greater inroads into the commercial medium-duty truck market with Hino
, which is a Toyota subsidiary. Anyone notice that Penske Trucking has now added Hinos to their rental fleet? That was a deal struck last year...

Now Toyota is
looking to build more Hinos, and looks like Ontario might be the place.
