I climbed into our 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid this morning and this greeted me. We'll call the dealer and make an appointment this week. This should be an inexpensive visit, as the 15k interval calls for an oil change only. We'll see.

Jeez... you guys have had the Fusion since Jan 2010 and only put 16k on it? I know you bought the Fusion but how are we going to learn what it's like to live with what appears to be a pretty solid Hybrid and what it's reliability and economy is like if you don't drive it?

The oil and filter change intervals are 10K, 20K, 30K miles, etc. The "Engine Oil Change Soon" message comes on 500 miles before the due mileage. Why is this message appearing at 16,350 miles? The oil life should be reset to 100% ( 10K miles ) at each oil change.
