If we are supposed to appreciate the Z06, we are too far away. Disappointing.

Venice got its nickname of Dogtown from the dog racing track in the 1920s which used to be where the Costco is now (Washington/Lincoln). My old vet - Bay Cities Veterinary office - is right across the street from it and they used to be the official vet for the racing dogs. You can see the old b/w photos of the times hanging in the walls in the clinic.
p.s. the photo of the Vette would have been better at night with the city sign lit and the car illuminated by the shop and street lights.
