2009 Mazda 6i GT: Christmas in Vegas

09.mazda.mazda6.f34.jpg

Christmas is here. Is there a better way to celebrate than a road trip to Vegas?
Of course, but I'm going anyway. And I'll be taking our long-term 2009 Mazda 6.

One item on the itinerary is to check out CityCenter Las Vegas, the new mega multi-resort developed jointly by MGM and the Dubai World investment firm, cost $8.5B!!  One of the five CityCenter resorts is Aria -- which just opened.

CityCenter promotes itself as the "Capital of the New World." Uh huh.

Anyway, I'll keep you posted on my short trip.

Happy Christmas!

Sorry, Albert, but the entire City Center project cost $8.5 billion, not just Aria.

$3.1 million for one 2700 sq ft condo!
what a rip!
I'd rather live in Toyah, Texas for nearly free!

willin -

You're right -- $8.5B for the whole enchilada, not Aria. I read an ambiguous business article.

Regards,
Albert

Yeah, I think they're still living in the past. They'll sell those condos - in about 15 years.
