2009 BMW 750i: Animated Explanations

 

Our 750i, being one of the world's most advanced cars, offers animated explanations for several of its features which play on its massive navigation screen. Here's the animation which explains the park distance control feature. Other animations include: Adaptive Light Control, Dynamic Stability Control, Integral Active Steering, Back Up Camera and Side View.

Sounds like a way of spoon-feeding lazy people who can't RTFM. Is it really worth all the development time and hard drive space? Typical BMW though.

Yeah, well my Jeep has a little joystick/knob thing that lets you adjust the balance between all of it's *four* speakers.

You aren't the only ones bathing in technology.

Who has time to RTFM especially if it's as thick as a college bio textbook?

I like this and for the next 7 series, I hope they use Bender as the narrator.

And that explains why most BMW owners don't use turns signals. There isn't a video for that.
