What do you want to know about the 2009 Mini E?

Any questions about the way things work?

We've spotted one other on the road. Have you seen any around?

If the Mini E costs around the same price as the Prius, what would you guys at Edmunds choose?

After all the hubub about "this car's not cost effective at its price point, blahblah"; do you think LTRTB will be driving any more concept/prototype vehicles in the future?

Does it have outlets that allow you to plug in household appliances, thus cementing its position at the top of the coveted 'tailgater' market?

If it was a hotdog, would it eat itself?

Are you allowed to truck in to Detroit for a week or two in the winter?

I would like to know what happens when the battery completely dies? And how far does it actually take?

I want to know why BMW didn't put this battery tech into say a 3 series or another car that can actually fit four or 5 people.

Questions:
1. Does it feel significantly heavier than the standard Mini?
2. Does it have air conditioning and if so how well does it work?
3. At what point (with regard to estimated remaining range) does it alert you that the charge is low?

I would like to see a comparison of the range during a mild day,(no AC, radio only) versus a winter day (heat, rear defog, radio). Also how much does it cost to charge up from dead flat, to a full charge? What is the cost per mile not including the purchase price?

Donna, I have a question!

I love roses but need a vehicle to haul manure.

Lots of manure.

Would you please load this car with as much fresh manure as you possibly could and see how much it can hold?

And can you possibly videotape this for me?

Thanks in advance!

@gregnv
I had a standard Cooper as a loaner when my Mini E was in the shop for a few days, and it felt a bit more nimble than the Mini E.
The Mini E has AC that works very well. One nice thing about the AC is that you can use it without the motor running since it runs directly off the battery. It uses about 2 or 3 percent of the battery charge per hour so not much of a mileage hit. I get a warning chime at about 30% charge. There might be more warnings after that but I've never gone below about 15% before recharging.
