I like a big sunvisor. Too often, when I make that turn toward the rising or setting sun and reach up for relief, the visor that greets me is inadequate (it was particularly so in our departed LT Scion xB). And it's more than just a comfort thing; it's a safety thing.
The Flex's windshield is a large piece of real estate, which is great for overall visibility, but can pose a challenge when the sun is low in the sky. That's why I love the size of the Flex's sun visors. At 8.25 inches by 17.5 inches, they can block what seems like half of the windshield, handy at sunrise or sunset when you're driving toward the blinding star that warms our planet.

My old Yukon Denali had even better visors than this. There was the BIG one like this that can go down in front or to the side along with an extender. If the BIG one was to the side there was a Second visor underneath to go down in front. Never found another car with this dual visor design. Bloggers, can you name any???

Subaru 123, I'm not 100% sure but as far as I can remember a rental Taurus(2001) I had once had dual visors.

Does it expand out when rotated to the side window? That's a key feature if you're a 6'+er and too far back for the standard swing of the visor.
Had an old Saab (hey, 9-5s ARE old now) with the double visor going on, that was nice -- so you could block the front and side at once. Plus the black on the backside to cut glare.
The Swedes weren't great at direct ignition modules or PCV systems, but they could make the heck out of some sunvisors...

The sun visors in my Altima are too big. My eyes line up equal to the rear view mirror and the sun visor blocks my vision down the road. It's useless for taller drivers. (I have my seat all the way down.)
Buick Lesabres and Cadillac DeVilles have the dual sun visor design as well. It's probably common to all "luxury" GM vehicles from the last 15 years.

If there is one thing I want to see in a sun visor is a cut out for the rear mirror so I still have a full view outback.

For a 30k+ car they could have given it something better than the lighted vanities out of the Econoline.

Yeah, that looks safe.

I dont like driving with sunvisors for some reason... they just provide clutter for me... if its too sunny sure ill use them but the second it darkens a bit they go right back up... i dnt like having my vision cut off
