Well, not quite. But we did get a call from Mazda of Orange last week saying they have the navigation screen and underbody cladding in stock at last. Service writer Mary Kant offered to have the car detailed to compensate us for the delay.
We'll take it in next week.

Wow, that took an awfully long time! Or maybe I'm just spoiled because my local Mazda dealer is also the regional parts distributor... ooh, maybe it was my dealer's fault! Well, they do have somewhat of an excuse... the other brands they sell are Dodge and Pontiac, and they were one of the Dodge franchises that were shut down during the bankruptcy proceedings. So between that and trying to liquidate their Pontiac inventory and remodeling to become a Mazda "superstore," they've been a bit busy.
