I opened up the center console of our Mazda 6 this morning. It was really easy to open. And when I saw the missing latch I understood why. I can't tell you how it happened.
But I can tell you the missing latch was found, and snapped right back into place with minimal effort. Now our 6 is good as new.

MIKE, why the fuzzy dice????? They were in a previous post of the 6 and also seen in the S5 and GT-R. Maybe for your "Will it fit" Pic you should fil the Fit with fuzzy dice.

Now my question is do the dice stay in their respective cars or are some of the contributors carrying around dice with them to throw up on the mirror when they go home at night?

i know how this console lid, and hte flex's lid broke... you guys at inside line either let it slam closed instead of gently guiding the lid down and closing it or pull up on the lid without unlatching it. no mystery at all...
