Not a jetta, the rear mounted tail light. I'm guessing with that crappy build quality and fitment it's a Honda Civic.

First pic made me think 09 Jetta due to the grain and color of the plastic, but can't be because the Jetta's CHMSL is mounted near the roof, not at the bottom of the window. So 05 Jetta it is.

It is definitely the Civic GX. The exterior color and placement of the CHMSL is correct, and so is the color scheming and placement of the interior cubby, just ahead of the gear selector at the bottom of the center stack. You have to find the Civic's introduction article to see the interior pics that show this.

Without a doubt the Civic GX.

First Clue:
Faux Leather Plastic in First Picture knocks out almost every high end car you guys have. Color is a toupe, dismissing both Audi's, all BMW's, CTS, Challenger, Flex, Genesis, Fit, FX, RX, 6, Both Mitsu's, Both Nissan's, G8, Smart, SX4, 2008 Jetta TDi, (Since Left the Fleet 2002 Jetta)

It's now between:
Edge, Focus, Civic, and Prius.

Second Clue:
Rear Brake-light Position. Knocks out Prius, Edge, Focus.

What's Left?

That is most certainly the Civic. Ignoring the sniping about build quality, I know because I've got that same compartment/well/sunglasses-and-iPod-go-here-place in my Si! :D
