"What if the police pull you over because your horn doesn't work?"
"What would happen if an absent minded pedestrian wandered in your way and you had to sound the horn to draw his attention to you?"
"Don't you want the horn to work so that you can honk at the girls in LA?"
"A non-operational horn is like tires without tread. Not important till you need it in a hurry."
We heard it all. And fixed the horn by popular demand.
So now the honker works again. Let's all take a deep breath in - - and exhale. Both horn assemblies were replaced under warranty, as was the blown fuse. We also had the oil changed and tires rotated for $57.44.

Probably wouldn't of had people bitching about it even more if the post before this we're never made, bitching about it not working when infact it was the staff's fault for not getting it fixed.

Where's wobbly_ears at... maybe off honking his horn? :-)
That is a nice interior shot. I like the black on aluminum treatment.

Roadrunner would be SO proud!
And thank you for resisting the urge to replace the factory horn assemblies with one of those cheesy '80s-era units that plays the Miami Vice theme.

*sniff* I'm wiping my eyes! I feel I have won the presidency! Now we got the horn fixed- next stop MOON!
And now what would I fret over? I need another excuse! How about a Saturn Aura post to rekindle the good ole' fighting spirit?

I rented a Hyundai Elantra, and it wasn't a bad little car - very comparable to a Corolla. I would never buy one (or a Corolla for that matter), but I could tell Hyundai has come a long way in quality and design.
Anyway, I wanted to comment on the blue LCD displays that Hyundai uses on almost all of its models now. While I love the look of the cool blue displays, they really are the most difficult to read out of all the other colors (white, red, amber, green, etc.). There's a reason you'll never see blue backlighting in airplane cockpits.
Organic LCD displays with white letters on a black background like Cadillac, Lexus, and Mercedes uses are the easiest to read, IMO, and still look asthetically pleasing.

+1. Blue LCDs are pretty but they are horrible ergonomically.

This is supposed to be a luxury SUV and the interior door handles are plastic? Give me a break...
