I haven't slimmed down for summer, I've chunked up. My scale didn't tell me. Nor was it the lack of attention from women on the beach. It wasn't even due to the fact my jeans are harder to put on or that I just powered down a foot-long Subway sandwich in under ten minutes. I know I became a little more festive in appearance because the Tundra told me so.
No, I'm not crazy. I know the Tundra can't actually talk, but you don't have to speak to say a lot.
In the past few days I've driven our Tundra to locations all around LA for photo shoots, errands and the like. While coming home late at night from two of those photo shoots I traveled the 405 south past Highway 101. It's there that the spacing in the freeways surface is the perfect distance to cause the Tundra to bounce in rapid succession.
The bouncing made me painfully aware of every lump of fat on my body. My gut, love handles, you name it. Actually, maybe it's best you don't mention anything. It was a little bit embarrassing, to be honest. The second time through the same section was salt in the wound.<
I'm taking heed of what nature and the Tundra are trying to tell me. Maybe I will start using that gym membership I've been paying for these last few months.

Until then, make sure you avoid the 10 fwy between the East LA interchange and the 605.
Even if you have zero body fat, it'll still juggle your internal organs. :/

Heh, if it makes you feel any better, I'm 6'4" and tip the scales at a whopping 175 pounds and my SRT-4 makes me jiggle at every pothole in the road.

As a ahem, larger man there's nothing that makes you feel fatter and more wasteful than riding alone in a 1/2 pickup with nothing in the bed...

The P90X kit (or some kind of consistent physical activity) and a lifestlye change ("diets" are temporary in my eyes) are your best ways of being and remaining in good health. Please tell me you dont smoke. Regardless of what most people think eating healthy isnt punishment as there are a lot of things that taste good while being good for you.
I started the program about 2 years ago. Im 6ft and was around 242 lbs. 2 months after I started that and eating healthier, I was 187 lbs, and got down to about 175. I currently weight about 188-190 due to the increase in muscle mass. Keep in mind I was very active during high school and in my early to mid 20's (Im 31). So that, the P90X and better eating habits helped me shed the weight seriously quick. Think of me as a 31 y/o Montel Williams...LOL.
The P90X system isnt easy (its very challenging mentally and physically) and its a bit expensive but the results will speak for themselves. My wife has always been highly active and trim. One of the reasons we have 5 kids. =)
