2008 Buick Enclave CX: More Power Steering Fluid

The new power steering pump in our Buick Enclave continued to make noise through the weekend. I added a very small amount of fluid to the reservoir this morning which didn't seem to change anything -- the fluid level was slightly below the "low" indicator mark on the dipstick. Noise from the pump is noticeable if you know what to listen for and when to listen. Otherwise, if it weren't for this failure making me paranoid, I'm not certain I'd notice...

All this is to say it seems to be improving as air works its way out of the system.

Noticed Power Steering noise on wife's 2008 Enclave with 66K + miles. I don't normally drive this car so was news to me, she couldn't detect even though I noticed immediately. Found out online where reservoir filler neck is located (have to remove oil filler cap and then plastic engine cover- reservoir is to left above oil filler inlet). I have not checked fluid level yet - but online research seems to indicate numerous problems with this GM platforms steering. What is the latest info?
