You want proof it's hot in Nawlins? Well, here it is. But at least it's really freakin' humid.
But there's good news too...
By the way, we found out what the beads are for. Nawlins rocks.

Audi always has the some of the most legible gauges, while still looking good. Just great attention to detail.

For $132K it darn well better keep you nice and cool...

It's a tiny 2 seat cockpit with very little glass. Unless you have a gerbil spinning the compressor, of course it will cool the car!
Why are you guys spamming the LT blogs with all these R8 posts? Just do a article on it and get it over with!

Got to agree with cruiserhead, I know y'all are excited about the R8 but can we at least keep it to one post a day? There are some of us who still want to read about the other 20 cars in the LT fleet ya know...

I too think the posts are a bit excessive, BUT I think they're just so thrilled with it that they can't stop talking about it.

How many beads did you get by flashing your man-boobs? Hahaha, just kidding.
Don't forget to try a muffaletta sandwich and grab a Hand Grenade drink on B St. Just make sure you don't drive for a while after one of those potent beverages!

Alright, haters, enough complaining about the number of R8 posts. If you don't want to read about this car, is it really so hard to skip new posts? In any case, I'm assuming it's up to each person when to blog about whatever car they're driving. They number of R8 posts shouldn't affect how many other posts are up.

I love how voicing opinions w/o bashing automatically equals haters...

I'd rather hear about the R8 than the Caravan, X5, Enclave, Focus, xB, Veracruz, or Fit.

"But at least it's really freakin' humid."
That's GOT to be humor. Heat's bad, but humidity's the devil!

Those red LEDs... did they come from the G8?
sabastian says:

Lol mnorm. I thought the newer Audis (S-models at least) had LCD displays. Oh well. It's easy to forgive such an amazing car for a minor mistake.

They're a lot of dreamers louiswei that would rather hear about a car they could never own than some... I doubt any R8 potential buyers are here looking to see what Edmunds has to say.
mnorm1 says:

sabastian,
They probably are LCDs, but in this picture they remind me of the G8's display. I think both look ok, but, the G8 sure has been criticized for them.
boxermike says:

mnorm1: the G8's are criticized because they don't function well, not because they're LCDs. There are a few interior pieces of the G8 that look like they had been cribbed from older Audis. Not a bad place to grab ideas if you ask me.
