This past holiday weekend I put about 500 miles on our 2007 Audi Q7, including a trip to grandma's house, Q7 stuffed like a Thanksgiving turkey. Sorry, I couldn't resist.
Nothing earthshattering to report, but the truck did crest the 21,000 mile mark on its odometer while I was behind the wheel. And such milestones always seem to be a good time to take stock in a vehicle's aging process...
From behind the wheel, the Q7 still feels new. But the SUV does have a few aches and pains.
1) Driver's side foglight lense still busted.
2) Rear doors squeak when opened and groan when closed.
3) Rear sunroof shade won't stay closed.
All of which will be addressed when the Audi goes to the dealer for its next service.
This solid durability performance is a major reason why the Q7 remains my ride of choice for taking the tribe cross country.
