The Nissan Versa has a smile button

Yes, we've mentioned it once before . But at the risk of being redundant, I have to reiterate how cool the Nissan Versa's keyless entry is. Press a neat little button on the car's handle, and you're able to open its door -- without having to trouble yourself with taking the key fob from your pocket.

I hate having to fumble for a key fob...
I especially hate it at night. The carport in my apartment building isn't lit, and trying to open and close car doors always involves some blind stabbing in the dark as I try to work the fob. None of that nonsense with the incredibly accommodating Versa. Grab the handle and massage its easy-to-locate button and you're good to go. Everything in life should be that easy.

I like to think of the Versa's keyless entry button as its smile button, since pushing it always makes me grin with relief at the prospect of being able to hustle myself in and out of its cabin with minimal effort.

I prefer the handling of our Honda Fit, but if I were shopping in this segment, the Versa's smile button would make it very, very tempting.
