Ford Edge's Automatic Fold-Flats

I have not been shy about my dislike for the Ford Edge. But I suppose I'm a victim of Stockholm syndrome, because I'm finding more things to like about it. Last night, when trying to decide what to drive, I had to factor in my need to carry gear to rehearsal. Mike Schmidt, maintainer and provider of four-wheeled wonders, said "The Edge has fold-flat seats." Deal was sealed...

But when I got in, I couldn't figure out how to put 'em down. I didn't see any mechanical handles, and the second-row seats actually seemed very solidly put in place. But then my eyes fell upon this cool little button.

Toggled it up and WHOOSH! The right-side seats folded down. Toggle down and again, WHOOSH! Left-siders fold down. OK, they're not completely flat. But good enough for jazz. And it was Cool. Fast and slick. I'm not such a huge fan of electrical switches/buttons that do things you can do pretty easily with a handle, but this was cool. And today I discovered that, at least on the right, there is a handle on the floor that does the same thing. Score another for my captor (uh, the Edge.)
