2007 Nissan Versa: Easy Listening

One of my new pet peeves is a great sounding car stereo with an overly complicated user interface. So, it was refreshing to find a simple and easy to use head unit on the Versa.

It may not have all the options that more complicated systems have, but it has everything that most people need. Our Versa's stereo includes CD, AM/FM and an auxiliary input jack...

Satellite radio is the only thing we're missing. The system is driver friendly and easy to use without taking your eyes off the road, even if you are unfamiliar with the car like I was.

Unfortunately the sound quality of the Versa's stereo isn't as refreshing. Why can't more car manufacturers pair an easy to use interface with a great sounding system?

That's a pretty ugly dash too I might add.

yeah I agree my 01 malibu has crappy sound as well., Even though its supposed to be an LS model (a somewhat more luxorious malibu (by 2001 standards) my sound system sounds like cra. And heres the kicker the idiots that made the speaker covers caved them in the center. Tou don't think much about it until you turn on something with a lot of Bass and having to hear the doors rattle and the sound distort because of the uneven surface on the cover. anyway no matter what brand you shop in the higher up the price range the better the sound system is going to get
