2006 Mazda Miata: Dibs retraction

Don't panic. This is a purely intentional demolition. Nothing to see here. Move along.

I hereby retract my decelaration of "Dibs" vis-à-vis the 2006 Mazda Miata...

In fact, what you see here could easily cover a Lotus Exige S or a BMW 335i with money left over. I sure hope the new kitchen is worth it.

I guess this means the field is wide open once again.

Your coworkers destroyed your kitchen so that you couldn't buy the Miata?

I'm pretty sure he was trying to say that he can't buy another vehicle because his kitchen expansion is costing more than a Lotus Exige S and BMW 335i.

Yes but I'm told my new oven can go from zero to 400 in just 3 minutes!

LOL, Dan!

Have you ever seen the episode of Home Improvement where Tim Taylor (Tim Allen) and Al Borland (Richard Karn) built the "Man's Kitchen?"

You should have hired our company to do your exspansion. I dont know how old your house is as we focus more on older houses (95+). Good luck on the exspansion.

Dan Edmunds wrote, "My favorite Miata color ever was the '91 Yellow one. Had had I been in the market at the time, that's what I would have bought." No, you wouldn't've bought THE 1991 Sunburst Yellow, as it wasn't offered for sale. Only available as a "factory-custom", One-of-a-Kind, Magazine-Cover-Only-Car. Famous in Miata circles. Though "Sunburst Yellow" paint was offered in 1992 as a "factory order", it wasn't very popular then, and only 15xx were manufactured. '92 Sunburst are now considered a "Real" [tm] Special, and highly among Miata cogescenti. 1991? Good luck buying that ONE. It last sold for $21K, and the owner considers himself a "custodian" of a cultural artifact. Let us know how you manage to "Pry His Cold, Dead Hands Off The Car Keys..."
